Seasonal Availability & Shipping
Flower bulbs are seasonal products and are not available for year-round shipping.
Fall bulbs are shipped starting from the second week of October.
Spring bulbs are shipped starting from the second week of May.
Orders placed before the applicable shipping season are considered pre-orders and will be shipped when the shipping season begins. We carefully select, prepare, and ship bulbs during the optimal planting period to ensure the best quality and growing results.
Pre-Orders
Fall bulb pre-orders typically open on June 1st. Orders will begin shipping in the second week of October.
Spring bulb pre-orders typically open on January 1st. Orders will begin shipping in the second week of May.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that your order will not ship immediately and will be fulfilled during the applicable shipping season.
Shipping & Delivery
Once the shipping season has started, we typically process and ship orders within 2–4 business days.
During peak shipping periods in Spring and Fall, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volumes. If there are any unexpected delays or issues with your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Availability
All orders are subject to availability.
Although we carefully plan our inventory, flower bulbs are natural products and availability may change due to growing conditions, harvest results, or quality control.
If we are unable to supply any item(s) in your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. You may choose to wait until the item becomes available, select an alternative product, or receive a refund for the unavailable item.
