Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to everyone here at dutchflowerbulbs.com. We ship only the highest quality products and you are buying directly from the fields of Holland. All flower bulbs are carefully inspected in our Dutch warehouse by Dutch and USDA plant health inspectors, however, we strongly encourage you to check your order upon receipt of your products. Should there be a problem with your order or the condition of your bulbs, please notify us immediately so we can help you further. 


Returns & refunds:

We pack our flower bulbs carefully to make sure they come in one piece to your doorstep. But we also understand that sometimes things may not work out as expected. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team. Please note that due to the nature of the product, when you’re concerned about the healthiness of the flower bulbs, we ask you to send pictures instead of returning them. Our team will then guide you further through the process of finding a solution. This could be a replacement (if the item is still in stock) or a refund.

Please check your flower bulbs as soon as you receive them. We can’t refund or replace bulbs that are longer than 14 days in possession of the customer. 

It must be returned in its original packaging and in its original condition. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. We will process the refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.


Changing your order:

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by email. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, we may not be able to make changes. If you need to add items to your order, and it hasn’t been shipped, we will do our best to combine shipping.


Canceling your order:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible by email. We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships. However, if your order has already shipped, we can’t cancel the order.
